September 10 on 10 | denver metro area photographer

Welcome to my  monthly 10 on 10. If you haven't stopped by before this is where a bunch of us photographers post 10 images from one day on the 10th of every month.

This month I decided to post photos from my oldest son's first day of kindergarten.

It was a hard day for me. I found myself wondering if he would enjoy being at school all day? Would he make friends or would he be lonely at recess? Would he eat all of his lunch? (He didn't, by the way. He was too busy talking to his new friends)  He had a great first day and I missed him like crazy!

Here are some of  my favorites from his first day of school. There are only 6, so I am a little short. But, what can I say? It was my baby's first day of school! I hope you enjoy!

Parker was running around the neighborhood the night before school started. He tripped and face planted onto the cement. So, his first day of school pictures had a pretty wicked scab under his nose.

The little brothers wanted to have a photo with their big brother, too. Oddly enough this is one of the very few photos I have of my all three of my boys looking and smiling at the camera.

I hope you enjoyed! I'm sure a lot of you can relate to what it is like to send your child to kindergarten. Be sure to check out the whole blog circle starting with Talita.

Until next time,
